REFUND POLICY

ELTS maintains a transparent and straightforward refund policy to ensure fairness to both students and the institute.

1. General Refund Policy

All course fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are applicable only under special cases listed below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A student may be eligible for a refund if:

a) Refund Request Before Course Start

If a student requests cancellation before the classes begin, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded after deduction of:

  • Registration charges
  • Administrative costs

b) Technical or Operational Issues (Institute Fault)

Full or partial refund may be provided only if:

  • ELTS is unable to start the course
  • The batch is permanently cancelled
  • Trainer availability becomes permanently impossible

c) Duplicate Payment

If a payment is accidentally made twice, the extra amount will be fully refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Student discontinues after classes have started
  • Student is dissatisfied but course is being delivered as per curriculum
  • Student is terminated for misconduct
  • Student changes course preference after joining
  • Failure to arrange required software, laptop or internet (for online classes)
  • Attendance issues or academic performance issues

4. Refund Process

  • Refund request must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Requests take 7–15 business days to evaluate.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Course Transfer Policy

  • A student may request to transfer to a different batch or course.
  • Approval depends on seat availability.
  • Additional difference in fees (if any) must be paid.
  • No refund if the new course fee is lower.
