These Terms & Conditions govern all enrollments, services, and website usage for ELTS. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Enrollment Terms

  • Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment.
  • Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
  • ELTS reserves the right to accept or reject an admission application.

Course Offerings

ELTS offers training in:
  • Spoken English
  • Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) using Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Advanced Excel
  • Call Center/BPO Training
  • Tally
  • Web Design using WordPress & Elementor Pro
Course modules, timings, trainers, and content may be updated as required for academic improvement.

Class Attendance

  • Regular attendance is expected for successful completion.
  • Poor attendance may affect certification eligibility.

Course Material

  • All training material, videos, assignments, and content provided by ELTS remain the intellectual property of ELTS.
  • Students may not copy, share, publish, or distribute training materials without permission.

Use of Software & Platforms

Students are trained using:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • WordPress
  • Elementor Pro
  • Various browsers, tools, and online platforms
Students must follow all licensing rules of the respective software providers.

Payments & Fees

  • All fees must be paid as per the institute’s guidelines.
  • Fees are non-transferable.
  • Any applicable taxes or charges will be added to the course fee.


Code of Conduct

Students must:
  • Maintain discipline
  • Respect trainers and staff
  • Not damage institute property
  • Not engage in misconduct or cause disturbance
  • Not misuse systems or networks
Violation may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.

Certification

Certificates will be issued only upon:
  • Successful completion of the course
  • Required attendance
  • Meeting internal grading or assessment criteria


Limitation of Liability

ELTS shall not be held liable for:
  • Job placements
  • Software performance or third-party product issues
  • Internet connectivity failures
  • Accidental errors or typographical mistakes
  • Any external circumstances beyond control


Changes to Terms

ELTS may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Students will be informed through website updates or internal communication.
